Sign Up Instructions

  1. Go to www.glm.bayercropscience.us.com
  2. Click on "SIGN UP & APPLY"
  3. Follow instructions. (Primary Seed Supplier is U.S. SEEDS, LLC)
  4. Print and have grower sign it.
  5. Fax to the fax number listed on bottom of last page.
  6. Fax a copy to Janie Boone, 877-787-1610

NOTE: It is NOT necessary to fill out this agreement, if the grower has signed one previously.
